Total Body Yoga & Pilates Fitness Studio Yoga

“I highly recommend Total Body Yoga and Pilates. The community is welcoming and the class variety and schedule rivals other studios in breadth and flexibility (you can even join online). I have been going for 4 months with the goal of building strength and stabilizing my bone health (and it is working!). I love that Heidi guides the classes with an expert eye to supporting all fitness levels. We move, laugh, push ourselves, and get stronger. It has transformed my health and sense of well-being. If you are looking for a challenge or a beginner, TYBP will help you meet you where you are and help you crush your goals. If you are nervous or on the fence (I was!) try a class. You won’t regret it.“

Karuna Center for Yoga and Healing Arts Yoga

“This is a glowing review! I've been practicing at Karuna since I moved to the area and it reopened after Covid closures in 2021. I have "shopped around" the whole valley for quality yoga instruction and Karuna is it. Paul is a wealth of knowledge and I am being genuine when I say that every class I go to teaches me something new about my body/form and I've been practicing yoga since 2008. It's truly a gem. Paul and also Suzie offer high quality classes and deep knowledge of the practice. (I don't know the other teachers well) They both have years of experience and can differentiate for any body and make everyone feel welcome and included. The studio itself is gorgeous and so conveniently located right on Main St in Northampton. I always leave feeling lighter, better, taller, and more myself regardless of what's going on in my world!“

Alison Bent, Licensed Massage Therapist Yoga

“Alison treated me for two years for long Covid. With cranial-sacral therapy, she relaxed my body and melted away the pain. I am 85 percent recovered. Was it because of her? Certainly, she sped the journey along, relieving the chest pain and muscle ache. Alison is attentive to who you are. She wants to know your goals, how you feel about your body. If you don’t fall asleep, she will tell you about what she feels in your body. She consults with other cranial-sacral therapist on how to best treat patients with a variety of illnesses. She is a punctual professional who cares about her patients. If only everyone could have her as a therapist.“

Serenity Yoga & Wellness Yoga

“It was such a treat to take part in restorative yoga and massage. The combination of Michelle teaching the yogic postures and Leah providing massage while we were in those restorative poses, is just the best. They work so well together, each bringing their expertise to the class. I’m so glad this class is being offered once again and will absolutely take part in the future.“

“It's difficult to summarize the benefits of working with a teacher and healer as gifted as Erin. She meets you where you're at with love, patience and non-judgment. She truly understands the mind, body, soul connection and will help you to understand that connection within yourself. I've suffered with anxiety and PTSD since my teenage years and did a significant amount of healing before I met Erin. My work with her as allowed me to be able to separate from self-defeating thoughts and overcome dysfunctional patterns that I was born into. Truly, I cannot say enough good things about her. Working with Erin is an investment in yourself, one that will pay you back tenfold!“
