“I really love this studio. The space is big and beautiful, with a cozy feeling and good vibes. Everyone is welcoming and non-judgmental, even if you haven't moved your body in years and are miles away from touching your toes. The location couldn't be more convenient, and there's lots of free parking (plus the view from the parking lot is stunning).I'm especially fond of Buti yoga with Tessa -- a fun, high-energy, cardio-heavy class with great music. I've also been getting massages from Kira, who is incredibly talented, communicative, and lovely. Massage prices are shockingly reasonable, AND you can book online! (Boy do I wish more places in Brattleboro let you book online.)Five stars and then some. If you've been putting off moving your body or treating it to a massage, go here now—you deserve it!“

“Emily Wiadro brings deep experience as a healer and dancer to our yoga practice. I feel held and understood as we move through each class. By asking or intuition, she incorporates poses and sequences to meet each person's needs. She builds community on Zoom, welcoming newcomers to the safe space we have created. There is never any competition, and no two classes are exactly the same. She encourages us to experience the wisdom of our bodies and we feel for variations that best suit us in each moment.I have been practicing with Emily for almost ten years. First we met side-by-side in her snug studio. During that era, through joys and losses, Healix Yoga provided a valued refuge. When the pandemic forced up to gather on Zoom, Emily created a shared space for our boxed-in bodies. Now, at 77, I credit Emily Wiadro with increasing my flexibility, stamina, and serenity over the years.“
