Happened upon this place while out of town for wedding. Was so thrilled with the 75min class. The teacher was awesome, helpful, and very knowledgeable but also easygoing.The other classmates were also world class. Very friendly, helped me settle in, and made sure I felt the love.This place is great! Will be back when visiting again! Keep up the good work! What a local gem.

I went every day missed a few days here and there the first 60 days. I had to go all in to see what it was going to do and I’m captured. All I have to do is show up and it happens little by slow. It’s a very unique way to become healthy. Each and every staff member has their own message and is unique in that way all positive. And the heat tapas so much to learn the vision, the breath, and yes, tapas the heat. More to be revealed.

I started going to shiva shakti a month ago and it has had a tremendous positive impact on my mind body and soul!! I always look forward to going and truly enjoy every moment I am there as I connect to my body and step outside my mind. All of the instructors are incredible, humble, inspiring people and do a terrific job at guiding you deeper into your capabilities and body and break down the limits of the mind. Life changing!!
