I got so much better at yoga here in just a few weeks. Did my first wheel, which was something that I never believed I could do, and now is part of my regular practice. Brandon, Matt, and the rest of the teachers give really helpful pointers to each student.

Shiva Shakti is my go-to studio for fitness of body and mind. The studio has been successful for years for many reasons, among them are professionalism and commitment to the growth and empowerment of students.

Phenomenal studio and instructors. I no longer live in the area, but make it a point to catch a class whenever I am in town. Have introduced multiple people to Shiva Shakti and all have loved it for different reasons. Brandon, Naima, Matt, and Grace all have awesome classes and facilitate real learning with assists. Be ready to sweat!
