About Build Yoga

Build Yoga offers welcoming and supportive yoga classes for all levels, starting in January at the Jewish Community of Amherst.     This was the perfect class for me. I had been away from my practice for a while, and all aspects of Katies approach and class are wonderful. She has deep knowledge of yoga and the body, and her approach is balanced in mind, body and heart. I love how she runs her programs.
