I have taken my son to countless barbershops, only to find no consistency or quality. Sandy's is the exception! We stopped in because everywhere else needed an appointment. We walked into Sandy's on whim and have not looked back. The staff was super friendly and know what they are doing. It is truly an old school barbershop with modern flare and style. My teenage son is very fussy about his hair and keeps asking to go back. We finally found a good one and hope you do too!

I needed a filling on a front tooth and they made room for me to have it repaired. A great team with Dr Alan and his assistant Mary. They worked in precision. This a a great practice. The team out front handling reception and billing were Excellant, especially Sheree. She is a gem, also the other staff in that area.
I was helped by Trish today regarding a possible wisdom teeth removal, and although I could not get an appointment for today since my situation should be taken care of asap, Trish was of extreme good help. She was able to recommend me to other offices that might take walk-in patients, advise me on my how to take care of my situation and even checked in a doctor to give me a possible diagnosis to the problem that i’m having. She called me back three times when I didn’t answer the first two, just to let me know she didn’t have any emergency appointments available and to give me that possible diagnosis. She was kind, quick and efficient in helping me. She seemed to truly care about my situation and was eager in helping me find a solution. Thank you so much Trish for such a positive experience.
Before visiting Amherst Family Chriopractic, I was dealing with significant chronic lower back pain that kept me from doing what I enjoy, and even basic housework. Even after just one adjustment from Amherst Family Chiro, I felt less pain in my back than I have in the last 6 months. Truly a life changing experience for me, and I will be continuing to return for both continued adjustment and massage therapy, which is both reasonably priced, and able to be billed to insurance retroactivley. Both of the doctors and the rest of the staff made me feel extremely welcome and accepted, and Lilly, the appointment coordinator/receptionist especially has been very kind and understanding of my complex medical needs and scheduling overhead. Hess McWilliams has been a God send. For a new farmer they have provided so much assistance, tips, advice, and worked above and beyond for every animal every time called on. They follow up and respond days and weeks after the visit. I was getting answers and support from a vet on vacation! The whole team, Dr. Hess, McWilliams, Barstow, and Latham have all worked with me at various times, and they are all wonderful, knowledgeable, and very supportive!

It's homey, quaint and full of kimd people! Quick response, emergency visits and VERY reasonable pricing! Took amazing care of my pup who has been having hip issues. They didn't force expensive procedures or nickle and dime me with unnecessary treatment! My cat had an emergency resulting in an urgent need for an ASAP appointment, they got me in 20 minutes after my frantic phone call. Got him evaluated, shaved, xrays, and stitches all within two hours of me dropping him off! Gave me an estimated cost beforehand and offered several options in case budgeting was an issue! I cannot recommend them enough! (I was sent there by the animal control officer of Granby MA! Makes sense they'd be amazing!)
