Alison treated me for two years for long Covid. With cranial-sacral therapy, she relaxed my body and melted away the pain. I am 85 percent recovered. Was it because of her? Certainly, she sped the journey along, relieving the chest pain and muscle ache. Alison is attentive to who you are. She wants to know your goals, how you feel about your body. If you don’t fall asleep, she will tell you about what she feels in your body. She consults with other cranial-sacral therapist on how to best treat patients with a variety of illnesses. She is a punctual professional who cares about her patients. If only everyone could have her as a therapist.

I have been seeing Alison for about a year. She is incredibly talented. These sessions have made a huge difference in my life. I originally started going due to a painful nerve issue in my arm. The craniosacral resolved that issue and has done so much more than expected for me. It is amazing how everything improves when your nervous system is regulated and in balance!
