I worked with Patrick for the first time this week after hearing about how fabulous and skillful he is through several friends. Sure enough, I left our session feeling not only VERY relaxed, but also educated and uplifted. I could feel Patrick's care and devotion to his craft, and he certainly demonstrates great mastery. My only suggestion to anyone working with him is not to drive immediately after a session. ;o)
This was a great massage. I appreciate his understanding of how the body moves and recommendations on how to move in a way that is sensitive to where I was experiencing pain. I will definitely go back again.
I had my first session with Patrick, and it exceeded my exceptions. He began with a discussion of my overall health, surgeries, current pains and expectations. During the massage (which was great), he indicated lifestyles and behaviors which have an influence on my overall physical health, and we exchanged ideas on these. After the massage, my mood was elevated for hours because the session was uplifting, both physically and mentally (spiritually?).
