Absolutely the best!!! I have rental units and Lipa is the only person I'll work with for those and my personal home. Answers the phone every time, will squeeze you in for emergencies and is very reasonably priced. Very service oriented and if he can't fix it, it can't be fixed.

LIPA is my new AC & Heating company. Had two other technicians come and changed out parts; which costed me over 500 dollars without success. Orlando came out and was very courteous and professional. Sat with the furnace and ran it for several cycles to make sure it was okay. Furnace was working with only the cost of a service call. I feel that he is knowledgeable, honest and down to earth. I highly recommend LIPA Ac & Heating.

Being new to the NOLA area, I wasn't sure what needs to be done to keep our AC units running smoothly and efficiently. Then of course, during the start of summer, our AC unit decides to stop working. I called Orlando on a Saturday morning and he called me back within 2 hours. He came out to my house, evaluated the problem, and fixed it within less than an hour. He had all the necessary parts in his van already. The service charge is the same rate as what you get from our AC companies, but no surcharge on the weekend. I really like Orlando, not only was he efficient, but he took the time to point out to me what went wrong, and what needs to be done in the future for maintenance....read full review
