Justin was assigned to my service call. He was professional & explained what the problem was with my heating unit. He also advised me on what the maintenence would be necessary to keep the unit working well and preventing it from happening again. A+ service with Justin & Express. I will be recommending both to others!
My service person was Justin. He contacted me before arriving. Shortly he arrived and found the problem. He is a very nice young man and explained the situation clearly. My part was ordered and a few days later Justin returned and replaced the broken motor with the new one. I appreciate his professionalism and clear communication.
