Jared was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and identify my air conditioning system problems with me. He explained everything to me and had a professional bid for me to review before he left.He also had his manager speak with me to see if there was anything that he could help me with that Jared might not have explained to me. Very satisfied.
H&E has always been there to help when we are in need of AC unit repair/cleaning. Chris was especially helpful and kind when we were figuring out what exactly needs to be done to our system. Thank you H&E!!!
My technician, Hunter, was great! He took his time on my furnaces, explained everything to me so I could understand, taught me a lot about my appliances, and was so nice!
