“I’ve used Glanz Buffat for many years from rental to personal residential and have always been pleased with their prompt and efficient service. I placed a furnace call Friday morning, March 1 b4 business hours. Kelly picked up the service call. THANK YOU KELLY FOR BEING ON IT! From the beginning of that call he was on his way to work. He pulled over and got my contact details. Once he reported in for work he called and followed up and said he would arrive at my residence within 30m, wow he and Lee did! Dave came later to help too as he delivered the new furnace and went promptly to work on assembly. These guys were great! While Glanz had maintained my furnace for several years I knew this 30yr furnace had to go! Short end to the story, they changed it out that morning. Their professionalism, thoroughness, explanations, and attention/answers to my questions went beyond the extra mile. Explaining how the new pipes had to be vented, etc. They cleaned every debris and moved everything back in its place. Kelly checked in a few hours later after installation to make sure everything was functioning properly for me and Samantha (Golden Retriever)…that right there spoke volumes to SERVICE because oftentimes, things go array within 24/72hours. We are warm and I am please with a high efficiency furnace! Love that Ecobee thermostat! Go Glanz-Buffat!“

“I gave Jerry a call after hours, about an hour before a major event with the Bishop and several visiting clergy at our church, because the a/c for the main sanctuary wasn’t keeping up. He came straight over, diagnosed the problem (bad breaker), ran back to get a replacement part, and completed the work quietly and efficiently just as people were filing in. We narrowly avoided an embarrassingly uncomfortable situation thanks to his responsiveness and competence.“

“Last summer, 2022, our AC went out. We called Drexler and the tech said he could fix it but recommended a $15,000 replacement. We asked him to just fix it.We recently had another problem and called AccuTemp. They sent Tim who talked straight and told us our AC is still under warranty (we recently bought the house). He also told us a replacement shouldn't cost more than $6,000 in his experience.He came back today for a scheduled replacement of a coil in our furnace and to replace freon.I highly recommend AccuTemp 5 out of 5.
