Now this is the way a business is supposed to be managed. I called, he answered, told him my issues, and he asked for a good time to stop by and he was at my house within hours. He walked me through the entire process, and explained the issues he observed. He seemed very honest, and knowledgeable and very humble in his approach. At the very end he opened a pre-calculated cost that he offers all his customers. He wasn't going to go back and add special costs. He has a standard rate. Scott was my second estimate and our actual cost difference from my first estimate was $6700 less than the first.
