I gave Jerry a call after hours, about an hour before a major event with the Bishop and several visiting clergy at our church, because the a/c for the main sanctuary wasn’t keeping up. He came straight over, diagnosed the problem (bad breaker), ran back to get a replacement part, and completed the work quietly and efficiently just as people were filing in. We narrowly avoided an embarrassingly uncomfortable situation thanks to his responsiveness and competence.

It's almost impossible to find folks who provide service like Havens. My AC went off I had no idea what was wrong. They came, diagnosed, fixed things that had been wrong for years, got my AC back up in no time, left zero mess, were incredibly pleasant to work with, explained every detail and charged me a VERY fair rate.
