We received several estimates to have our unit replaced, I was looking for a quality company with a reasonable price, and that’s exactly what we got. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and kept us updated every step of the way, from the initial arrival to give us an estimate, to the actual installation. This is not a company with a thousand different employees, the owner was the one who installed our unit. It’s his company and you can tell he values his customers and works hard to make sure they get service he can be proud of. VERY happy with the service I got from Convection. Steven was fantastic! Our A/C unit was having issues and he fixed it in no time at a very reasonable price. Our unit is 20 years old, but he didn't try to pressure me into something new - just gave me the facts and discussed a couple of sensible options and strategies while being upfront about the possible need for a new one in the next few years, so that I could prepare myself for the expense. I appreciate his approach and the results of the repair, and when we DO need to buy a new unit, I'm definitely giving him a call.Services: A/C system maintenance
