We received several estimates to have our unit replaced, I was looking for a quality company with a reasonable price, and that’s exactly what we got. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and kept us updated every step of the way, from the initial arrival to give us an estimate, to the actual installation. This is not a company with a thousand different employees, the owner was the one who installed our unit. It’s his company and you can tell he values his customers and works hard to make sure they get service he can be proud of. Even with this being an owner operated place he still has some of the luxuries that you only see with large companies. We received texts allowing us to see when he was on the way to our home, our contract was also received and easily accepted online. However he supplied us with his number in case we had any questions the contract didn’t answer. I will highly recommend Convection to those looking for a top of the line heating and air installer.
