“Mason arrived on time for service. He checked all resources to no avails to discover parts not available. He gave his opinions based off service calls to suggest best dryers for purchase. He also explained $50. From my service call could be used towards purchase from Shark Appliance. Thank you. #1 in customer service.Chester and Joey delivered and connected my dryer up , vented it out and took away the old dryer. “Great experience with Dave @ Turner Consumer Repair. We have a Frigidaire Professional Series (fridge/freezer combo unit) built into custom cabinets surrounded by stone. The evaporator coil went out on the fridge (less than 6 years old). Turner was a recommended option from Frigidaire. Dave came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and returned a week later. The job required two men to remove all the custom trim and pull both units out of the cabinet. There was a problem with the new coil that required Dave to make a 3rd visit and a 4th. The problem ended up being a defective part in the new coil. On the 5th visit, Dave inserted a new coil, filled it up with freon, and it worked great ever since. All of the work was warrantied and included with the initial estimate which was extremely fair considering the amount of work it took to get behind the units. Service was excellent and timely. Oh, while they were out, I had them diagnose and fix another repair on a Fridgidaire double oven that went bad. Great service and I would highly recommend them for any appliance issues you may have. They are located in Overland Park but cover the entire KC Metro. I live 45 miles from their OP office.“
