We originally called Lansing because our 22-year-old AC was not keeping up and we wanted to get things looked at and possibly get a quote for replacing both the AC and the furnace. Rich came out and did an absolutely wonderful job getting our AC back in order to last us a few more weeks until we could do the full install. They quoted us what I think is a fairly reasonable price for premium Carrier equipment and actually were able to get the price down even more by finding an alternate model. The installation went quickly and smoothly and I'm very happy. They were so nice about answering all my questions and rescheduling because of a power outage.

I had John as my tech July 2, 2026, and he came out last minute at the end of his shift to service my AC unit!! Saved my family on what was going to be a very hot week! He was very helpful and informative! Lancing heating and air also in my opinion is fair priced! I will only be calling them for my heating and cooling needs from here on out! Highly recommend!
