Tom Regalado came to service our Generac after the August storm put significant pressure on the unit. He was professional and knowledgeable,and provided great advice. He listened to our concerns, then got to work. In the end, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. We appreciated all he did to get us back to ‘storm ready’ and will ask for him for future appointments.
