Your technician Christian showed up on time after leaving a message to let me know he is on his way. He was punctual, very thorough with everything , explaining about all that he did.
He also shared with me how I can order the filters with the company which is great help for me since not many places carry the size I need and it will be easier and cheaper.
He was very courteous and professional!

“I've reviewed Howald on Google but just had another fantastic experience with them today. Waking up to a leak in the basement is never fun, but I called and they had someone out by 9. Andrew was polite, professional, and fast. He initially thought it would be a toilet reset, but then determined it was actually a valve problem, which was less expensive. I appreciated the honesty and the thoroughness of the job. The plumbing in my house is awful; I am grateful for a trustworthy, reasonable plumber I can rely on.“

“If I could give 10 stars I would! Sam was extremely knowledgeable and very informative throughout the entire maintenance process. I walked away with over 20 photos of the various areas that he worked on and he educated me on areas that I can have impact on in between the maintenance scheduled appointment. He identified a couple of areas that needed some adjusting, and he educated me on why those were needed. I previously had a different company to my home and told me my heater exchange was bad on my furnace (so I needed a new one), my AC unit was leaking oil, and my ducts needed re-worked. Basically, quoting me 27k for the entire thing. I requested a second opinion, because who in their right mind has that kind of money on hand, and vital debunked everything they said. They were the cheapest of the three quotes, they used Trane (recommended by Consumer Reports), their installers were patient with my questions, professional, genuine, helpful. The appearance of the work was clean and orderly and no debris left behind. They came back after install to help me diagnose a whistling issue caused by my zone dampers. Also their annual maintenance contracts are very economical and cheaper than a larger company I had been using. “Kyle was great. He answered all my questions. We had another service last year who installed a new AC system with humidifier and dehumidifier. Humidifier both never worked. He identified the humidifier was installed on wrong duct and dehumidifier did not have duct work at all. It was just sitting on floor in basement. It took a day but we now, hopefully, the humidifier will work this winter and the dehumidifier the next time it gets humid here, which probably won't happen till next summer.“
