I spoke with Jacob the manager and he apologized for the miscommunication the prior guy who came to diagnose my furnace and was willing to accommodate me on pricing if I decided to do any further work with the company. Matt gave me a great package deal on my new furnace and added some bonuses on that needed to be repaired relating to my furnace working more smoothly. Jimmy and Collin were my installers, they were respectful, cleaned up after themselves , answered any questions I had and double checked that they took care of everything correctly.
