Our heater was old and it broke. A friend recommended this guy to us. From what my dad said, (I was at work so I don't know what exactly went down) this guy wasn't available right that day when we called, which was understandable, but he found a spare part for the old furnace that he quickly installed as a workaround for us to last the next few days until he was available. Considering this was during a time when it was below freezing, going out of his way for such a kindness is greatly appreciated. In January, my heat pump froze up due to a leak. Since my HVAC system was almost 14 years old, I decided to have both the air handler and heat pump replaced. Mark quoted me a more reasonable price ($4000 less) than larger companies. I appreciated his expertise and professionalism before, during and after the installation process. I highly recommend Mark Olis for your HVAC needs.

I researched a lot of companies before we needed our AC and Furnace replaced. Someone recommended Mark to us and we decided to go with him since his pricing was so much better and I was discouraged by bad workmanship and reviews with other companies. Mark is professional, efficient, fair, and his workmanship is so much better than the other large companies. Highly recommend.
