Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. It was almost 90 degrees in our home. We called Jake's and they sent Yogi out. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the issue temporarily to get us through the night.
James and Kevin came out the next day to replace our unit. They worked their butts off with a heat index of 105. They arrived on time and were both so respectful and focused on the work details.

From the greeting from Tony on the phone and all throughout my experience with Jake’s…I honestly couldn’t be happier. We’ve used Jake’s multiple times on past properties we’ve lived in and across 5 years, the experience has always consistently been the same…phenomenal and top notch.
Keagan was great when he came out. Very professional and was very thorough in explaining everything with our furnace. I never felt like I was asking a “dumb question” just because he was very affirming and willing to explain everything.

Update: Jakes has stayed on top of the hvac problems we've had, to the extent of installing a new replacement system with even greater capabilities at no cost. Currently the system could not be working better! Fingers crossed the hot season will not create any issues.I am currently very disappointed with the ongoing struggle to get the system working properly and the challenge every time I need to reach someone for our commercial service support. I'm currently out of country and they have been having a hard time getting in contact with the right person to take care of this and simultaneously I'm afraid I'm going to have an outrageous utility bill for the first month as...read full review
