The technician did a good job was polite he came here to fix my air conditioning I had already solved the problem and part but he reassured me and checked everything else said it was all right and didn't turn into a air conditioner salesman I love that thank you very much
Top-notch customer service! They got our AC fixed as soon as the part came in and were incredibly polite, honest, and hard-working throughout the entire process. So grateful to have a cool house again!
We need to give a big thanks to this wonderful company Vital Heating and Air. Our air conditioner decided to stop working after 25 years, on the hottest July day. We were very fortunate in their prompt service and estimate. We called on Tuesday, they came and gave us an estimate and we agreed on a new unit to be replaced on Friday. There was another customer that had a scheduling problem, so we were able to have service really quick. I would highly recommend them to all our families, friends and clients. Our Salon and our clients, thank you greatly Matt & Vital team!!!!
