We were having issues with our AC on July 1st 2026. The hottest week of the summer as of that time. I made a post on a Facebook community page, Dustin contacted me. We talked over the phone, and eventually set up an appointment for later that afternoon. Their tech Jim came out, he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our system was 19 years old, was leaking coolant, and we decided to replace to entire HVAC system. Dustin got us 3 proposals, and finance plans. We made our choice, and they were here the following Wednesday July 8th to install the new unit. The install crew got here and got to work very quickly.
