“Our heater was old and it broke. A friend recommended this guy to us. From what my dad said, (I was at work so I don't know what exactly went down) this guy wasn't available right that day when we called, which was understandable, but he found a spare part for the old furnace that he quickly installed as a workaround for us to last the next few days until he was available. Considering this was during a time when it was below freezing, going out of his way for such a kindness is greatly appreciated. When he came over to install the new furnace, it didn't quite reach the top, so he made a sturdy metal foundation for the furnace so that it could reach. Really great guy!I'm not saying going above and beyond like that is something you should expect every time, just something that I noticed and found really thoughtful. New furnace works great!“
