I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your hvac needs. I spoke with Jacob the manager and he apologized for the miscommunication the prior guy who came to diagnose my furnace and was willing to accommodate me on pricing if I decided to do any further work with the company. Matt gave me a great package deal on my new furnace and added some bonuses on that needed to be repaired relating to my furnace working more smoothly. Jimmy and Collin were my installers, they were respectful, cleaned up after themselves , answered any questions I had and double checked that they took care of everything correctly. I have a little bit of history with Family HVAC and have found them to be reputable, professional, friendly and competent. Service tech Juan was no exception. He took time to carefully inspect my American Standard system inside and out to include where the inside plenum connects to the duct work in the attic. Juan also made some good recommendations to better seal duct work, as well as, some other recommendations to possibly forecast and alert to future service issues as the system ages.

Christian was very professional and friendly. Knowledge with any questions that I had. Presentable with his uniform. I definitely would recommend Family Heating and Air conditioning. Pricing was good. Not expensive .
