Alex and Matt were both very courteous and professional when they came out to take a look at my AC unit, they fixed the problem (bad capacitor) and checked a few other things for me as well. Overall a very pleasant experience, my problem was fixed, I got a little advice on maintenance, and the price was reasonable for the service provided. I would definitely recommend Fellowship Heating and Cooling to anyone having AC/Furnace issues!
We were in need of a new HVAC system. Todd provided us an estimate that included several options. My new system was installed by Alex yesterday. I found Fellowship personnel to be friendly, yet professional and very knowledgeable, offering a reasonable price for very good equipment. I had them originally come out due to a water issue with our air handler as the second opinion after the first company was unable to identify and correct the issue after five trips. I intentionally only gave Alex and the Fellowship team descriptions of the problem, but none of the theories from the other company. Alex was able to locate the issue and show me exactly what it was in under 10 minutes.
