“HVAC system struggling. Uriah came out within 2 days, inspected the aged unit and advised on repairs vs replacement, which we had anticipated. Never an ounce of pressure. We opted to replace our 15 yr old unit and have been very happy with the results. Installation was completed within the scheduled time frame and Jeff came back a few days later to do a final inspection and make sure the unit was running properly. We've used Star ever since moving to Indiana almost 9 years ago, and have had only good experiences. Only process I have found slow is the rebate submission. We are still waiting on our rebate status which, as of yesterday, still has not been submitted for processing a month after completion of installation.“
