“Last fall (2025) I had Legacy out to service my furnace, and he said it was shot and I needed a new one. I was very skeptical, but I reluctantly agreed and that turned out to be the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! For the first time in fifteen years, I was comfortably warm all winter, and my electric bill was way lower than the previous year, even though my furnace is all-electric!!! He came out free of charge in May to charge my AC, and though I'd never used the AC on my old furnace, I've had this new one keeping me delightfully cool in this hellish heat, and I just got my latest electric bill which was, once again, way lower than last July!!! Boy, do I feel dumb now for hesitating last fall. I cannot recommend this company enough.”

“Update 7/2026<br>After consultation with some friends, I decided to call an advisor out. Austin came out and he was the best. He spent a lot of time showing me what was going on and really new his stuff, in my opinion. I learned more that day than I really needed to know probably. In the end I had to have a new heat pump installed. He went through all the choices, good and bad, and in the end, I bought one that I thought was best for me.<br><br>The next week 2 men came out and installed the system. One worked outside and one at the main heat pump in the garage. They asked me if I had any questions, I stated one. Do you mind if I hang out with you to see what is going on and ask questions? They said, yes, it is always welcome, we want you to know what is going on and have a say in it. They showed up around 9am and left around 2pm I think, they stated it was an easy install. There was a problem with the thermostat that came out of a new box but they had another on the truck and asked if the black one was okay instead of white and I said, it will look better so go ahead. Later on that evening, Austin called me and asked how everything went, answered some questions and stated that he would make an appointment in a month to see how everything is doing. This is top notch service. This is what true customer service is. I am very pleased. I would highly recommend Williams Comfort Air.<br><br>Update 6/2026<br>The repairman that came out for my yearly check was new, I was his first customer alone. I am a hands on homeowner, he seemed very nervous and I could tell he did not want me around. He stated that I needed a whole new system and he was worried that it would go out any minute. He wanted to schedule an appointment with an advisor. I thought he was too pushy. He did change the capaciter which he said if I got a new system, I would be refunded, that has not happened.<br><br>May 2025<br>Unfortunately I never post 5 stars as I think everyone can be better and I feel 5 stars, stop trying.<br>I booked an appointment online and they repairman arrived right on time. Even called me to say he was on his way. He was very thoughtful, educational, informative and patient while I asked a lot of questions. He was very respectful of my home and wore booties even after going In and out multiple times.<br>He recommended things but gave an honest opinion on what he would do.”

“Ice started forming on the pipe between my compressor and the HVAC unit. Called the number for the HVAC service company on a sticker on the unit that was there since I bought the house. Guy came out, showed me that the filter needed replacing; ice forming on the coils. He did a whole sound-and-light show with a gadget meant to convince me that freon was escaping from the compressor, ending with telling me the unit was "builder-grade," and that I'd been lucky it worked this long, and that I needed a new one for $13,000 - $20,000+. Called Beaver Air, on recommendation of my wonderful handyman, John Jacobi. Yes, coolant was low. Put more coolant in system. $155.00 repair. Do yourself a big favor and call Beaver Air for HVAC service.”
