“Over two weeks we had two different techs from Kight come out to guide us through firing up and operating a truly enormous gas boiler for a fairly complex steam heat system. James (the first tech) did a great job of getting things up and running and looking at typical problem areas and promptly scheduled a follow up with Aaron to give a more thorough overview of the entire system and ensure things were running smoothly. Both were right on-time in the service window, performed their work professionally and thoroughly, and answered all of our questions about a system we were unfamiliar with. We've used several big name service providers in town and never have I been so pleased as with the service we received from Kight. Pricing was extremely reasonable and scheduling with Brittany was quick and easy. Not a lot of places in town will work on a boiler and even fewer are competent. Kight will be our first and only call for all HVAC needs going forward.“

I called and left a message and received a call back from the owner, James, within 10 minutes. He immediately dispatched a tech to our house. I think Josh had just ended a very long hot day , but got in his truck and showed up with a smile. He did a complete inspection and isolated the problem quickly. I previously had a different company to my home and told me my heater exchange was bad on my furnace (so I needed a new one), my AC unit was leaking oil, and my ducts needed re-worked. Basically, quoting me 27k for the entire thing. I requested a second opinion, because who in their right mind has that kind of money on hand, and vital debunked everything they said. I couldn't recommend this small company enough and the measures they went through to double check the previous company's complaints.“

“Masters installed the HVAC in our new home in 2021, we moved in early 2022. Winter of 2023 furnace started falling when temperature went below freezing. They gave us a workaround, which worked but was a pain to do. Last week the workaround failed, so we called them out. They were stumped, but kept investigating. They ultimately replaced a control board and another part, and now the furnace works as expected! Thanks to Jacob, Skip, and Mike for sticking with it & figuring out the issue!
