I received excellent service from the technician who came to fix my mini split, Dennis M. He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He explained everything he was doing as I watched him troubleshoot my system. He answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family who need HVAC service. 5 Stars in all categories!
