Mike and team were incredible. They came out to clean the air ducts. Turns out the air ducts had never been cleaned since the house was built 20 years ago. There was an immediate positive impact to our home including less dust, fresher air circulating and our dryer was more efficient.
Mike noticed another issue with the plume while cleaning the ducts and immediately told me. He came again to fix it and remove all the rusted parts.

My house is 120 + years old and based on the opinion of Michael the technician and the horrendous condition of the ducts, they had probably never been cleaned. They did a great job.
First, I want to thank Matt Joseph for being so open, honest, and patient with me. I called them to come do an air duct cleaning, since my house probably has never had that done. We have been the owners for the past 7 years. After checking everything out prior to cleaning, he noticed damaged ductwork below my furnace and had his helper go into my crawlspace to investigate. Lo and behold, my crawlspace needed remediation. Oh man...we go from air duct cleaning to researching crawlspace encapsulation and all the fun stuff that goes with that.
