Very happy with this company and service! Just had Fresh Air come out. They cleaned our ducts, and replaced a few faulty flex tubes. First thing my wife and I noticed was that the techs (Matt & Jeremy) were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and well put together. This reflects well on the company owner, management, and culture! Best experience I have had with a mold remediation company hands down. We were told by an environmental inspection we had mold in our ducts and furnace. Jon Price is so knowledgeable about mold and air quality. Michael came in and put me at ease and reassured me that the job was done correctly and thoroughly. He shared photos and was very organized which I appreciated. I recommend them 100% and I would happily hire them in the future for anything duct related! Thanks guys. Matt and Jeremy did an outstanding job figuring out a complex system. They did a great job cleaning and fixing issues. They worked tirelessly, were kind a patient with our nosey dogs, and they had a very earnest vibe. On time and upfront with price and easy to see images of the work.
