“Oh my goodness…I can’t say enough great things about this company. Our AC goes out on a Saturday afternoon and well it’s Indiana, so that’s terrible!!! I called and left a message and received a call back from the owner, James, within 10 minutes. He immediately dispatched a tech to our house. I think Josh had just ended a very long hot day , but got in his truck and showed up with a smile. He did a complete inspection and isolated the problem quickly. We were weighing options for a new full unit and decided to reach out to Armor Air as our best friend and neighbor works for them. Erik Longenecker is not a necessarily a salesman or service tech for them, however his knowledge of the HVAC systems and how they should be running and ability to translate that to clients is unmatched. He shows he cares about the company deeply and is willing to learn outside his scope to provide a trust with the client right from the start of the process. They wanted to get a look and feel for the system first before ever talking options. Tyler Kirkham was the service tech that Erik recommended and put on our call. Tyler was phenomenal and highly knowledgeable in his field. I have never seen a company provide such thorough work in the inspection and service provided by Tyler. Detailed pictures were taken in order to better explain what was wrong with our system and missed all these years with our old service provider. Never once during the conversation of repair v. replace did we feel pressured, and Tyler made sure to explain everything completely unbiased towards one path or the next. A pleasure to have worked with. Scheduling and getting finances set up was a breeze. Armor Air truly respects their clients and do not see them just as another number and money for their company. “Masters installed the HVAC in our new home in 2021, we moved in early 2022. Winter of 2023 furnace started falling when temperature went below freezing. They gave us a workaround, which worked but was a pain to do. Last week the workaround failed, so we called them out. They were stumped, but kept investigating. They ultimately replaced a control board and another part, and now the furnace works as expected! Thanks to Jacob, Skip, and Mike for sticking with it & figuring out the issue! And thanks to Masters for covering labor under warranty! Very much appreciated!“
