Great salon, clean, modern relaxing feel! Addison just recently started cutting both my boys hair and they both are really happy with her. She is super friendly and personable and listened to how we wanted their hair cut!
I usually go to their Greenwood location, but was out and about the other day and stopped by their new store. Beautiful store and not nearly as busy as the Greenwood location. They still offer free water testing (thank god for this, they have saved me more times than I can count) and have all the chemicals I needed. I do like how they have the chemicals on the floor and I could read the info on the bottle. The Greenwood location has them behind a counter and cannot just go grab what I want. This store is about 10 minutes farther for me to drive, but I think I am going to make this store my new pool store. I also like how the location is not in the crazy busy part of town, just a short maybe mile drive off of US 31
Kacy Came out to the house to take care of our septic system. He is a fantastic representation of this company and went over and beyond to ensure that my septic system is cleaned out properly.

Joshua and Chad were very professional and quick with the work I needed done. I was getting a new shower installed and found out last second that I needed a new subfloor due to dryrot and mold. I contacted Joshua's Handyman Service, and they fixed it within 24 hours. I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism! He came and gave an estimate that was beyond fair and did the work immediately! Thank you Joshua and Chad for the great work and expediency to help me finish an unexpected problem. Much appreciated and we will be contacting you for future work. Highly recommended for your home improvements!!!

I noticed water spots on the kitchen ceiling below my guest bathroom. I brought in a roofer and two plumbers to find the source of the leak and none could find it. Exasperated, I then contacted HTH. Andrew Brown came and deduced the source of the leak was a cracked drain line from the bathroom. I figured it was more satisfying to redo the outdated bathroom to test his hypothesis than to take down the kitchen ceiling and retexture and paint it. His hypothesis was right.
Andrew came up with a budget and a conceptual design for the guest bathroom. He took us to the tile and countertop vendors he used, but was also open to getting the tile, vanity and countertops from other sources if I wanted. After finishes were selected (tile, tub and countertops from Andrew's established vendors and a vanity from a vendor I had worked with in the past) Andrew provided a timeline for the project.
After the remodel was started, Andrew was extremely good with communication. Whether it was a delay from a vendor, a shift in timeline sequencing, or an unanticipated problem, there was always communication initiated by Andrew. Other than complex plumbing, Andrew's crew handles everything so he is able to coordinate internally rather than have to deal with subcontractors. His workers are easy to interact with and treated our house as if it was their own. Andrew was not a quote and disappear guy. He would pop in to check on the project and weigh in on problem solving.
I cannot recommend Andrew and HTH more highly. Any future remodeling projects will start, and most probably end, with them.
Jim was easy to work with. He was quick to respond via text after we set up the initial consult/walk around. His price was fair, and when things didn’t go as planned, he ensured the work was still completed with integrity. He was professional. I hired CC Fence for a repair to my existing fence (they did the work originally in 2013), because they were the experts, and I’m glad I did.
Note: they did not reduce my bill, nor did I receive any incentives for this review. I was impressed with Jim going above and beyond what was required to ensure the job was done right and I wanted to give credit where credit is due.

Great clips in Meijers in Franklin IN, my hairdresser’s name was Amelia, she was wonderful, she listened to the way I wanted my hair cut, she was very pleasant, polite and friendly.. she did a great job. I was sure to take her business card. No one else will be cutting my hair.

I had an amazing experience with Alicia. She listened to me and spent time figuring out how to make the color I wanted happen. She suggested I let her cut my curly hair which I agreed to, not believing it would make much difference. WOW was I wrong. It's the best hair cut I've ever had. She surpassed all expectations to the point I thought, if I move away from Franklin, I'm going to keep driving back to her salon.

Recently moved to Franklin and was looking for a closer salon especially since I had not been in for over a year. My hair was not doing well when I went in but Brandie was able to get it looking and feeling so much better. Could not be happier with my haircut, thanks again! Definitely recommend very clean and nice salon although tucked in back but plenty of signs to find it so no issues. Brandie is very kind and helpful too so definitely recommend seeing her. Reasonable prices as well, thankful to have found a closer salon so I can start taking better care of my hair again!
After years of losing stylists and settling for quick cuts from the “in and out” places, I decided it was time to find stylist who could master the angled bob cut I have and also listen to what I wanted to accomplish with my style. I read several wonderful reviews about Christy and she did not disappoint. Christy was friendly, attentive, and gave me the best cut I’ve had in several years. The salon itself is a very calm and relaxing environment with a cozy feel to it. Christy shared her story and it’s very clear she loves her job as it shows in how she treated me and the care she took to make sure the cut was just right. So glad I found her!

We used this business for a recent drain clog and pipe repair on our 100-year-old home. Other businesses had quoted work that were hundreds of dollars more than what we were expecting (and snuck in unnecessary, extraneous work). We were referred to Root'n Toot'n and Dave fit us in in less than 24 hours. He was incredibly professional and his scope assessment and price was honest and reasonable. He completed the work expeditiously, thoroughly inspected his work, and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. After a month, his work has held up beautifully. We will never use another plumber and we'll happily recommend Root'n Toot'n to our friends and family!
Editing to add that three years later, this repair has help up and no additional work was needed to solve the issue we were having.
I have used Hendershot for multiple projects, both big and small, since moving to downtown Franklin. They have always been friendly, responsive, and fair. At this point, they are my go-to for any plumbing concerns or needs. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
From my experience Earl Gray employs knowledgeable plumbers, they are more than installers of pipe and fixtures, they actually take pride in their craft.

I needed to have a generator transfer switch wired, and determine why my outside outlets weren’t working. Addison Electric showed up on time to give a bid for the work. After agreeing to his proposal, a day and time were set to complete the work. They showed up on time and fixed all the issues. Once the work was completed I paid the price we agreed to on the proposal.What else could you ask for? They were on time, fixed the problem, and charged what they quoted. I had a medical issue, and Dr. Richardson’s office quickly scheduled an appointment. Dr. Richardson met with me and addressed my concerns. He’s caring, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is also friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Historically I have weeks and sometimes MONTHS of pain after having any fillings or replacement fillings done. I gave the staff my history; while explaining why I often put things off. I had an old filling that I’ve been putting off getting repaired for years at this point…no pain so I put it off anticipating pain after. I went Monday to get it and one other replaced. My expectations of the weeks to come was bleak; anticipated discomfort and expecting to go back a few times to adjust things. Hopefully recovering before thanksgiving ? After the numbness wore off Monday afternoon…it feels like absolutely nothing happened!!!! No discomfort; no soreness even from the SINGLE injection. I’m so thankful for the staff that worked on me!?

Dr Clark is wonderful! She is so good with our birds! We traveled almost 2 hours for our last visit. The ladies out front are great too. Only vet we will use!

Dr. Clark has been our Vet. for over 20 years. She has taken care of all of our fur babies. She always manages to work us in if we have an issue with them. Their staff is great I usually speak with Allisa since she is the lady we first met in the beginning. I recommend Hillview to anyone.
We currently have 6 labradors. Over the years, Franklin Animal Clinic has taken care of them all! Contingent upon our needs for urgent care and/or annual wellness we have seen most all of their vets. They have worked with us in times of more urgent needs, appointments etc. And as hard as it is, we have also had experiences in euthanizing our older pups. Franklin Animal Clinic's team are a class act and handle everything with great care and compassion. I would encourage anyone to trust Franklin Animal Clinic with their furbabies!
Dr.Brichler took time with us each time we have had visits. He seen both dogs at once and explained the test results. The care we received was amazing. The facility is spotless and clean from exterior to interior. We appreciate the care and kindness to us and the fur babies. Again Thanks to Dr. B and staff.
Update- It has been close to or over one year now and I cant even express my appreciation for Katie and her work. She has improved my quality of life. And my first review still stands she is just as knowledgeable, caring, and amazing if not more so now (if thats possible). Im so grateful to have found Viable Roots!!

I didn't get my technician's name, but she did an excellent job. Cash up front which isn't a problem. $70 for an hour or $50 for half. She used hot stones and really dug her elbow into me. ? I was pretty sore the next day, but I asked for it.
