Here’s a company that actually cares about customer experience and informed consent. Brad the owner sets such a great example for what this looks like in the trades. Most owners of companies sit back while their technicians go out to perform the work. Brad leads by example getting right into the work alongside his team. They are very communicative, punctual, they explain things in a way us laymen will understand. Not to mention they perform great work without tacking on a bunch of extra things. If you’re in their service area, I 100% recommend reaching out to them. Speaking from a now chilly girlie because her AC is fixed.

From the moment we met Denise, we knew that we were in safe hands. Having measured our spaces she came up with several options, and her attention to detail was excellent. I strongly recommend this shop.Mike, the owner, just replaced both springs on my door at $150 and $195 less respectively than two other shops I contacted plus he repaired the next day. Excellent job. He is a one man shop which I prefer. I had no prior knowledge or relationship with him.

Had some work done recently. New siding, gutters, and windows. Had around 10 quotes from other contractors in the area. Jeff was the first to get a quote back to us and was the most responsive and ready to work. Fair prices and he was on the cheaper side of the average of quotes we had. Absolutely freakin phenomenal… I’ve been terrified of dentist after a bad experience and haven’t been for 8 years .. teeth got pretty bad and went here through multiple recommendations and all I can say is “amazing “ .. the team is awesome and the biggest thing that people worry about is the shots but here you don’t feel or see the shots they are very considerate and take their time with making sure everything is painless .. walked out 2 hours later with all my 4 front teeth looking absolutely beautiful. If you aren’t going here already then what are you even doing lol
Mia cut my hair and did an excellent job! She very conscientiously made sure to cut my hair just as I wanted! This was my first appointment but she did an excellent job and I will go back to her the next I need a cut! Thank you, Mia!!

Since moving to Indiana I’ve never been to another dentist office. Dr. Pooja Kumar always tells me I have no cavities. She could easily say I do but her and her staff prioritize the client, as opposed to favoring money. Highly recommend, even coming from Bloomington, IN! But make sure your insurance covers most of what you need, or consider Crossroad’s in house plan. Have a great day! :)
