This was my first visit after having been with a previous clinic for 15 years. They came highly recommended due to their fear free practices. Dr Funk spent time getting to know our cat. She reviewed his file and offered great ideas and solutions. We have six cats. I believe we have found our vet home.
I love this clinic. They are very sweet, understanding, listen to your concerns/needs, and genuinely care about the fur babies not just the money. I used to take my pit here (unfortunately now she's crossed the rainbow bridge) and she had severe anxiety with other dogs so they would accommodate us and bring us in through a different door so we didn't have to see any other dogs. Now they see my Beagle, Chihuahua, Dashund mix who has horrible anxiety with his nails and we've tried EVERYTHING and couldn't do them but they did them the first visit and Frankie (my fur baby) just fell in love with the vet tech that day!! They're just great here!!
After having a bad experience with another unprofessional staff at another office scared my dog years ago I looked for someone new. I have been taking him here for a few years now. Everyone is so friendly and kind. And truly care. I will never go anywhere else. Dr Soto is so good with Hershey. I could never take him anywhere else.
