If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We have had a simple problem with the sump pump motor that has been going on for years now the this company has been unable to rectify, given at least a dozen tries to do so. The only reason we've stuck with L.D. Mechanical on this is because they were the contractor who installed the plumbing when the home was built. In m most recent call regarding this matter, their service manager has decided to now give me attitude & suggest this issue is somehow my fault and that they are just the plumber and it's not their responsibility to solve every problem. My wife left a message for service for our tankless water heater on the 26th of December, she never got a return call. Same issue kept persisting, so I left a message in their service dept manager’s mailbox-Kameron, on 1/29. It’s been 5 days and have not received any return phone calls. This is not acceptable from a service standpoint. We will not be using them in the future.

This is Laura's husband. LD Mechanical installed our Bryant central A/C several years ago, and we have in the past used them for our HVAC needs. But now we need someone to take a look at the system due to not working correctly. They did not return my call when I left a msg. I eventually called them again and the gentleman's attitude was very non caring and said it would be a two week wait. Customer skills were lacking. Seemed like they could care less about my business. I'll find somebody else.
