Got call

I called Yarnell Electric and left a voicemail. They called me back within an hour and had a technician out within 25 minutes. I had an outlet installed in my garage for a refrigerator. The technician was professional and quick. The cost was very fair. I would highly recommend!Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation

It’s been extremely difficult to reach this business. I have left 3 messages to receive 1 call back. I was asked to call back providing my availability and was suppose to get a call back confirming the date they would come out to complete the work. I have yet to receive a call back which I have called yet again leaving a detailed message to no response. Its hard to do business with a business that’s not responsive. I really wanted to since they were a local business which I love to support small businesses in my community. I real bummer and a loss for them!Update: Yarnell did a good job making things right.
