Doug arrived on time to look at my A/C (which was not working), while he could not diagnose, nor offer immediate repair, he was thorough in his look through of the unit, pointing out damaged areas (i.e. corrosion, rust, dust, other biological matter), and gave a fair replacement estimate for a 20 year old machine.
Jacob is very knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem & had our air back on cooling our house down. He then fully explained (where I could understand it) what happened, what needed to be done, fully detailed the organization, how they work, the maintenance agreement & what it provided.
