Mixed reviews. Last time, I was a tad early. Did my xrays cleaning and then waited 45 mins for the obligatory 2 min dentist exam. I got up and left and never did see the dentist. This last week's visit was different.. maybe they got the message. Did my xrays and the dentist came right in afterwards. Then the did my cleaning.. maybe the dentist not getting paid made an impression.
I love Dr Schumacher. He is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He makes the shots painless, his is very kind, he’s very real and I even got to see his fun side my last visit I had. All the ladies there are amazing at their work too!!
I will admit, in the evenings one time I did wait 30 minutes, 15 minutes another time, but I will absolutely wait to be attended by the best in Franklin. I’m never in a rush, but to those who read reviews, that would be my takeaway. Mornings or early afternoons I haven’t experienced wait times.
Dr Hippenmeyer was so friendly and down to earth! I loved how energetic she and Sunday were! Going to the dentist gives me loads of anxiety and these two ladies made me feel so at ease!
