I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the ongoing issues with the plumbing work carried out by JTB Contractor at my residence.I moved into my brand new house, constructed in 2022, in December of the same year. Within 6-7 months, I encountered problems with the sump pump. Upon reporting the issue to your representative, I was charged $175 as a service cost for the repair. During this interaction, I also brought to the attention of your representative and customer support personnel that the initial plumbing work was not done correctly, and they acknowledged the oversight, making necessary corrections.Regrettably, it has been only 6-7 months...read full review

JTB did the plumbing and heating/air on my house and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. We had nothing but problems. There was no water pressure in our shower, the AC unit didn't last and I know several others who have had bad experiences with this company.
