My special needs rescue chihuahua, Pocky,
LOVES it here! Dr. B is patient and kind and very helpful. I like the staff, they are all very friendly and you can usually get appointments fairly quickly if you can come weekday daytime!
Highly recommend!
Fantastic vet. Takes the time to fully examine everything and gives you options as well as back up plans. My cat has had recurring ear issues for years. I've taken her to 6 vets at this point and no one was able to give me a permanent solution. The last vet I took her to charged $800 and the treatment plan they arranged didn't even work. For less than $100 (including medication), my girl finally has relief and a long term solution. Staff is excellent as well as was able to get us in at a reasonable time.
I cannot say enough great things about this vet. I’ve been to plenty of vets in Franklin and the surrounding areas, and briarcrest beats all of them by far! They are extremely welcoming and personable immediately after meeting you. You truly feel important to them which is something I’ve never experienced to this level as a pet owner. On top of the great customer service, their prices are phenomenal and everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. If you are looking for a vet where they truly care about you and your animal this is the place!! 5 stars all around. Thank you all for your care today
