They are awesome. They have been our Vet for years. I highly recommend them. Not only did they take care of our little Sophie, when the young lady saw I was handicapped she went and got me a chair high enough to sit in comfortably. They have an awesome crew we are blessed to have them so close. We have delt with them for years they are wonderful!
I have tried a few vets since I moved to the area and this office is by far the best around-especially if you have a big dog. My dog is old and has seen a lot of vets and usually gets treated poorly for being big and people being afraid of him. He is a gentle giant and Dr. Mills treated him like the big baby I know he is. We had to have his tail amputated and the entire experience left me in awe that a vet clinic could be so easy. From being very friendly place for a reactive dog, to great care and after care I wiuld definitely recommend Franklin.
We currently have 6 labradors. Over the years, Franklin Animal Clinic has taken care of them all! Contingent upon our needs for urgent care and/or annual wellness we have seen most all of their vets. They have worked with us in times of more urgent needs, appointments etc. And as hard as it is, we have also had experiences in euthanizing our older pups. Franklin Animal Clinic's team are a class act and handle everything with great care and compassion. I would encourage anyone to trust Franklin Animal Clinic with their furbabies!
