I've had to take my cat in a few times over the past week and in preparation, I've had to make and return calls here and it's atrocious. Today I hung up after waiting for 12 minutes to determine if post procedure side effects are normal. And if you're lucky to talk to someone, they don't instill any confidence that the information I'm getting is accurate. Someone else wrote a review about service quotes (different ones depending on who you talk to) and the same happened to me. I will pay it for my pet, but it's unprofessional and frustrating. Dr. True is the absolute best! My 5year old husky 8 weeks ago had double ACL surgery and tore both her acl's and meniscus. We were so worried about her dr. True made me as an owner very comfortable and did an amazing job on both oh her knees! The whole treatment staff is always super kind and willing to answer any of my questions/ concerns! Highly recommend dr. True and his amazing staff. Especially tech names Chris! He is so sweet he was one of the only techs that could get my dog to lay still as she was traumatized and worried. Everyone is absolutely amazing will always go back to visit dr. True and the amazing staff!

I took my dog here when no one else could or would get her in even Banfield where I had purchased the pet care plan which I will never do again. My dog was so sick and Banfield tested her and charged me for things but could never tell me why her weight kept dropping and health kept declining nor why she she could barely walk. So in a desperate attempt for answers I went here and they informed me that my Coco had Cancer and that they could give her meds to keep her comfortable but that they didn't anticipate improvement.
