This is the best place for care and treatment for our cats. We had a total of five cats once but since three of them have passed we have still continued to bring our other cats here. They are a professionals and caring team and I would highly recommend them.
They've performed multiple surgeries on my dog who had tumors on and under his skin, and it all went great. I've scheduled appointments online and they disappeared, so do not use their online scheduler.
I wanted to share my excellent experience with Dr. Heavey at Animal Care Center in Downers Grove for my dog Buddy’s X-ray! We initially planned for sedation, but Buddy did amazing holding still, and they were able to get clear images without it, which I truly appreciated since I wanted to avoid sedation unless absolutely necessary.
After the X-ray, Dr. Heavey took the time to review every image with me, walking me through the anatomy and pointing out everything with care. She found no concerning issues — great news! I especially loved that she showed me the actual images and explained everything in detail; it made me feel so involved and reassured.
