Heather was great and answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to reach out if I have any other ones or to go over all the things we went over because it was a lot which I appreciated!“

“They truly love dogs - so much so that your dog may not want to leave ? We boarded our 4 month old puppy with them when we were on vacation this past June, and she had a blast. She swam, played with other dogs, and got lots of snuggles. Definitely will be repeat customers!“

“I recently made the switch to Crest Hill Animal Hospital and am so glad I did! Whereas before I received comments of “normal dog anatomy” or here are some anti-inflammatories at my previous vet, here I received actual answers the first day we went and a plan to move forward in a way that worked best for my dog and not for a symptom. I cannot recommend enough. They also answered my call the first time and didn’t immediately put me on hold which became a regular thing at my previous vet office. Dr. Z was so knowledgeable and confident in her information she was relaying to me and it gave me so much assurance in what was actually going on with my dog. Thank you guys for caring!“

“Party Dog is run by two of the coolest people I know! The place is well designed and operate, with kennels for downtime and three open areas plus outside for exercise. They even have a bathing/grooming area! Kathy is the best and you can tell she really has a passion for the doggies!“

“Took our newest family member in for her first vet visit. They were very helpful and understanding of the situation. They made me feel better about her health and got her vaccines taken care of. We have a booster shot set up for 3 weeks and to do one more test. She is healthy and happy. The staff was very friendly and professional.“

What stood out right away was her honesty and dedication—she’s very real about the process, and you can tell she truly cares about each dog’s progress. “We've been utilizing John's kenneling services for probably over 10 years now. When we have picked up the dogs, they are always well and happy to see us. Also the prices are very competitive and the facility is local to where I live. He has also been happy to do last minute accommodations when i have had to do that. It is not a fancy dog hotel nor are there a bunch of bells and whistles but John is attentive, professional and calm which is a good quality to have when working around dogs. He also offers other services like dog walks during boarding and grooming. When i come to pick up or drop off I see him working the grounds or busy in the kennels. His home is right on the property which is nice. Our latest dog was not well socialized at first and not great with men but has had no issues with him, although jokes about his barking (which is very true). Some things to keep in mind...make sure to offer specific instructions (and write down) if your dog has special needs like feeding times, medication, etc. Also take note of the hours. One day and on weekends he closes earlier than normal. (Sunday's pick up is only an hour long). Finally if your dog goes to the bathroom on the property and you don't have a bag, let John know where it is and he'll gladly pick it up for you. I will happily continue to keep boarding my pets here.“

“Last minute had to book a stay for a week for my two dogs. Lisa was very accommodating and quick to reply. It was very nice getting an update every day and pictures of the dogs as well. If you are ever in need of boarding I highly recommend cozy-paws. They seem to be very hands on and the dogs seem to be very at home there.“

“Dr Robinson is always so kind and patient. He answers all my questions, and never seems rushed. His front staff is also awesome. My dog actually loves to go there....until we have to go in the exam room for vaccines.“

“We have gotten fish and some dog cat supplies from here. The workers can be busy so getting fish can be hard. But tanks are clean and filled decent.“

“We were referred to them by a friend since we were unhappy with our past vet and we have had a wonderful experience so far. From the first visit my dogs seemed calmer and happier which is very important to us. These dogs are our family and we want the best for them. We just had our precious dogs spaded and the team was very gentle with them and informative during the procedure as well as after. They called the day after to see how they were doing which I appreciated. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them!!“
