“I absolutely love this place! Everyone who works here is ALWAYS upbeat and happy. My dog absolutely LOVES coming here. He loves this place so much that anytime he gets in the car he is excited knowing that he is going to The Pets' Home. The fact that they allow the dogs to walk freely in a supervised area lets me know that my pup is safe and having tons of fun. I love picking up my sleepy puppy at the end of the day, because he is so exhausted from running around and having so much fun. I can not express how amazing this Daycare is. “I took my senior dog in yesterday for a quick nail trim. And I mean quick!! We sat for maybe 2 minutes then she was taken in back for her "pedicure" her tech called it. Chloe does not like to have her feet touched. I muzzled my chiweenie for her safety. She had her done and back in my arms in less than 10 minutes. Chloe was a happy girl the whole way home. “My incredibly stubborn, 1.5 year old 120-lb Bloodhound came to them with little to no training and a propensity for resource guarding and reactivity, and he came home from the Board and Train program a completely different dog, in the best way. They gave me and my dog the tools we need to avoid unwanted behaviors and I am truly amazed at the transformative level of obedience my dog now displays. A complete 180 from when he started. Cannot say enough good things about Aaron! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for dog training of all types.“

“Adam is a kind, knowledgeable veterinarian who has helped several of my family's many cats. He takes time to answer concerns, and clearly cares about each patient and each person. He saved my college cat when she was very sick and we thought we'd have to have her put down. He nursed her back to health several times over the years, always being honest and upfront about what was best for her. When it was finally her time to go and I couldn't be there (my parents had taken her in), he gently and patiently waited for me to make a decision over the phone, and was incredibly kind. I will always be grateful for that.“

“We have been going here for several years. Each time, no matter which doctor, nurse or receptionist, every one was awesome. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. Prices were cheap. The only thing expensive was the Will county tag fee. Never smells like animal in there and waiting room is never full.“

“We were referred to them by a friend since we were unhappy with our past vet and we have had a wonderful experience so far. From the first visit my dogs seemed calmer and happier which is very important to us. These dogs are our family and we want the best for them. We just had our precious dogs spaded and the team was very gentle with them and informative during the procedure as well as after. They called the day after to see how they were doing which I appreciated. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them!!“

“I took my baby here this morning to get a wellness exam and her updated rabies shots. Had an appointment for 8:45 AM we came on time got checked in at the counter. The lady checking us in seemed to be having a bad day. She wasn't all that friendly. However, everyone else was very pleasant. The veterinarian was so kind and informative, she let me ask all the questions I needed and answered any of my concerns. I came in at 8:45 and left at 9:20ish. Which is pretty good. I also thought the price was pretty affordable. For her wellness check and 3 year rabies altogether it was $180.00. I was definitely preparing for a steeper number than that. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I always feel my kitty is in great care here.“

“We have gotten fish and some dog cat supplies from here. The workers can be busy so getting fish can be hard. But tanks are clean and filled decent.“
