“Valerie is doing life changing work here!!!! My partner and I got a basset hound puppy, named Dudley, in January of 2023. We have grown up with puppies and are very aware of the “biting stage.” Dudley never came out of this stage and unfortunately, only got more aggressive. Seemingly out of no where, he’d lunge and bite us. I was covered in bruises to the point that people at my place of employment were asking me if I felt safe in my own home. The answer was no, but it wasn’t because of my partner. It was Dudley. We dealt with this for an entire year and in December, my partners dad told us about imprinted paws. He said his co worker had brought a dog there and it made a complete 180. We were incredibly close to rehoming our dog. We love Dudley, he’s our child, but I couldn’t deal with his behavior anymore. So, we sent him.We got Dudley back, after a 4 week stint with Valerie, and he is a completely different dog. He was diagnosed with hyper aggression. He can now receive affection and play without biting. It makes us tear up to this day because of what state we were in prior to sending him to her. Everyday we are shocked at what he can do.If you’ve made it this far, thank you! We can’t thank Valerie enough for what she’s done for us. She listened to us, and believed us!! Which was someone no one else had done yet. Each dog she trains, she creates a unique relationship with them. It’s truly beautiful. She keeps you well updated and makes sure you know what’s going on with your dog the entirety of their stay. If you’re questioning sending your dog somewhere, no more! Imprinted paws is the best!! “

“My incredibly stubborn, 1.5 year old 120-lb Bloodhound came to them with little to no training and a propensity for resource guarding and reactivity, and he came home from the Board and Train program a completely different dog, in the best way. They gave me and my dog the tools we need to avoid unwanted behaviors and I am truly amazed at the transformative level of obedience my dog now displays. A complete 180 from when he started. Cannot say enough good things about Aaron! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for dog training of all types.“

“We got our puppy just before Covid. We did a lot of on line training during lockdown, but fast forward 2 Covid years, and we were living with a dog who was perfect at home, but who was scared of going into strange buildings, stores, the vets office etc. I chose Cloud K9, because our golden is very sensitive and I knew she needed a positive training experience, and I couldn't take a chance with someone yelling at her or punishing her.. We signed up for a basic Manners class just to give her some exposure to a group training class, The first day of class she was a shaking, fearful mess. She was too scared to even eat her treats (and if you have a golden you know that's pretty bad). Rachel provided a great atmosphere for her and gave her activites that made her feel comfortable. She was slowly improving, and Rachel recommended moving to the agility class with Christine to improve her confidence. Its been 2 months since we started. at Cloud K9. Wow, what a difference. She has gone from quivering tail tucked dog to one that leaps out of the car and charges into the training building head up and tail wagging. I'm actually considering trying agility competitions with her which would never have been a possibility before. A positive approach to training makes all the difference in training a nervous or fearful dog (or really any dog) I was very impressed by how at Cloud K9 the training is individualized to each dog, there's no "group" activity, so your dog is working on what your dog needs to work . Highly recommend, wish I had found them sooner.“

“Cozy-Pawz is an excellent choice for both daycare and boarding. Having worked there, I saw first-hand the love, attention and care given to the dogs. And the dogs adore and love Lisa just as much. A welcoming home with a separate room designated to dogs wanting quiet time. A huge yard with 6ft privacy fencing keeps them all safe. There's no crating and the dogs can even sleep with her. Her rates are extremely reasonable and dogs of all ages, size and breeds get along.“

“My 4 year old dog got severally ill for several days. I called them and they got me an appointment the next day, GREAT! They called me back and got me in that day... EVEN BETTER! Once there, the vet was very nice and gave me multiple options to hopefully treat the problem without breaking the bank. My dog is back to normal!“

“We have been going her for many years. We have had three dogs, and all have been given excellent care (including dental cleanings, sterilizations, arthritis treatment, anxiety issues, chronic heart conditions, and an ACL surgery). Doctors are willing to work with Chewy Rx orders (some vets are not). When it comes to cost, they seem to be competitive with nearby facilities. In the past, I have called around for prices on pre-planned surgeries, and their cost was neither substantially more nor less than other vets nearby.A friend who owns parrots has told me this hospital is one of the few in the Chicago suburbs who can provide advanced care for birds. I have often seen unusual and exotic pets in their waiting room, including rabbits, parrots, and even a hamster. The entrance drive to their parking lot tends to sneak up on your if you are coming from Montgomery Road. It's almost immediately after you turn, so go slowly and watch for it on your left. Coming on Montgomery from the direction of Ogden Avenue there is a train track. If you are unlucky to catch a freight train, you will be stuck for a while. The nearest overpass for traffic to avoid the train tracks is on Ogden Avenue, so you might as well just wait for the train.“

“We recently went to 3 different veterinary clinics. Had bad and dishonest service with all 3 until we came to Dr Ling at Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic. She is amazing! She is caring and compassionate. Exactly the type of veterinarian I want to take my babies to. Prices are fair but most of all the service is excellent. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you to Dr Ling and staff for taking great care of my baby boy. I soon will be bringing in my other babies for checkups. Highly recommend!!“

“We have been going here for several years. Each time, no matter which doctor, nurse or receptionist, every one was awesome. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. Prices were cheap. The only thing expensive was the Will county tag fee. Never smells like animal in there and waiting room is never full.“

“We have gotten fish and some dog cat supplies from here. The workers can be busy so getting fish can be hard. But tanks are clean and filled decent.“
