“I have been going to Knoll Animal Hospital for years. I have always wanted to write a review and finally I am doing so. I love the way Gibby and I are welcomed in and treated with compassion! You can really tell that everyone that works there is an animal lover!! (I have a blind senior dog who actually is very excited when he gets there ?) I recently had Dr. Maas for the first time and I totally loved her! (She took the time to listen, answer my questions and was very thorough) I will never take Gibby anywhere else!! ❤️?“

“First visit with Eola Point today. Everyone I spoke with was so pleasant; from over the phone, reception, clinical and back again. They made arrangements to get me in on short notice and were quickly responisive to my online schedule request. Very clean office and exam rooms. It did not look (or smell) like a typical veterinarian office to me, felt more upscale. They had a variety of treats and were very thorough discussing not only my chief concern but everything from teeth to tail. Felt like both my cat and I were treated excellent. 10/10“

“I have been bringing my birds to see Dr. Ness for close to 30 years. He is hands down the best exotic vet in the Chicago area. He has several other vets that work in his practice, and I trust all of them, but Dr. Ness is definitely my favorite. I needed to bring in my parakeet on an emergency basis, and I was able to get an appointment the same day, which is rare, but I was very thankful. She was able to be treated on the spot and Dr. Ness and the tech answered all my questions about the treatment and follow ups.“

“Dr. Zink and his staff were great! My dog Finley was treated there for regular vet care and a surgery and we have always been really pleased with the care he has received. We only stopped coming because we moved to Texas. Big shout out to Karen and Julie who treated Finley like he was their own when he was being boarded. Knowing I was leaving him somewhere safe and reliable made traveling easier. Prices are standard for vets and they try to do everything they can do help out such as vaccine discounts on certain days. We will miss it!“

“This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and they were reasonable with suggestion. They took ample time with my pet. Which is a reptile and the Vet was very knowledgeable on reptiles. I was impressed over all.“

“We have been going her for many years. We have had three dogs, and all have been given excellent care (including dental cleanings, sterilizations, arthritis treatment, anxiety issues, chronic heart conditions, and an ACL surgery). Doctors are willing to work with Chewy Rx orders (some vets are not). When it comes to cost, they seem to be competitive with nearby facilities. In the past, I have called around for prices on pre-planned surgeries, and their cost was neither substantially more nor less than other vets nearby.A friend who owns parrots has told me this hospital is one of the few in the Chicago suburbs who can provide advanced care for birds. I have often seen unusual and exotic pets in their waiting room, including rabbits, parrots, and even a hamster. The entrance drive to their parking lot tends to sneak up on your if you are coming from Montgomery Road. It's almost immediately after you turn, so go slowly and watch for it on your left. Coming on Montgomery from the direction of Ogden Avenue there is a train track. If you are unlucky to catch a freight train, you will be stuck for a while. The nearest overpass for traffic to avoid the train tracks is on Ogden Avenue, so you might as well just wait for the train.“

“I have been going to this vet for 19 years and I can say they have never let me down. I never feel like they are trying to oversell anything that isn’t necessary, and I feel that my dogs have always received prompt and empathetic care. I love the staff, and we enjoy our visits (as much as a nervous, a little pup can), as a truly are as gentle as can be, and do their best to make it a positive experience. They are very personable and try to build a bond with you and your pet. I’m very happy to have had them as a resource all these years.“

“I have been coming to this Vet since 2016. They are amazing and so kind to all my animals!2021-2023 they helped me with my pet rat Croissant fight a respiratory disease and removed her tumor in order to give her the longest and healthiest life possible. When she passed they were so kind to send a card with their condolences.Recently I had to take my newest rat Sesame in for tumor removal surgery and once again they did a fantastic job! Sesame is currently healing and is acting like herself. I am so happy to have this trusted vet clinic in my area and I will continue to bring all my animals to this location.“

“Amazing staff and very professional. I have had a hard time finding a clinic for my pets in the past that were responsive and supportive, and Ad Park has been by far the best clinic I have found. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to keep their pets happy and healthy“

“My dog Elvis is reactive and fearful… he suffers from bad anxiety and protects himself by showing aggression. Elvis broke a tooth and I was referred to this clinic from his primary vet that comes to our home after a sedation shot did not work on Elvis and it was unsafe to do his extraction. From the moment we got there.. the staff kept Elvis’ anxiety and stress controlled. Dr. Dan is the first Dr. that my dog has allowed to touch him without lunging or growling. The staff scheduled Elvis’ surgery on a day where he will be the only dog getting worked on to keep his stress levels low… if I could give this place a thousand stars I would… thank you so much staff & Dr. Dan“
