Pet boarding/training in Carol Stream

“I had to board my mini poodle dog Charlie when I went for a week vacation . I didn't want to leave him behind because he had a traumatic past as a puppy mill dog for 7 years before I adopted him and he was scared of everyone even the people of my family !!! I like the Carol Stream facility because of the outside kennel that each kennel has. The place is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and courteous and were able to calm my fears. What helped me a lot was the Furever daily report that I paid extra for but was worth the money ! The most amazing thing there is that the staff taking care of him managed to have him sit on her lap when sitting on the ground with him outside !! Don't know how she did it because he has never done it with anyone else but me. Pictures were sent every day and I knew he was in good hands. I love the place, nice nature around it and very well kept. Thank you for all the patience and caring for our animals !“
