This animal hospital has friendly personnel, great customer service and a convenient location.We have brought our cats here for several years and they are always patient and thorough in giving us information.
Our puppy broke (and I mean BROKE) a nail and the team here not only got us in within a few hours, but were kind, efficient, and compassionate once we arrived. A wonderful experience during a not-so-wonderful day!
We called around the area to 8 animal hospitals when our cat swallowed a decent sized toy. 7 places were unable to do anything and said they were “booked”. Carol Stream animal hospital was also completely booked but understood the urgency, took our angry (he was vicious outside of our home) kitty and were able to help us get the toy out very kindly and efficiently. Extremely impressed and we have found our new vet going forward. Thank you!!
