The staff was wonderful. We took our senior dog in & it was 'his time'. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. They made sure he was comfortable and we knew we were making the right decision. (We had been there years before for an emergency visit also-great experience.)
I really appreciate Wheaton Animal Hospital and the care they provided my dog. Sometimes the front desk staff seemed inattentive to people waiting at the counter, but it always seemed that they were doing multiple tasks at once. So I encourage you to be patient and graciously speak up in the event that you don't feel heard. They are a great clinic so of course they are busy, but they always got to me and my dog in a timely manner even if it meant waiting patiently to be checked in or make a payment.
Dr. Pruss really cares. Forever requesting her for my dogs! We’ve been going here for years and will continue. The receptionists are always friendly even though that phone is constantly ringing and they are always busy! Love it here.
